It watches the major property portals without interruption. As soon as a rental flat appears that matches your criteria, you are notified immediately – usually earlier than the portals themselves would tell you.
You no longer have to click through the portals every hour: around 99% of new listings arrive automatically as a push on your phone, either through our app for Android and iOS or through Telegram. That puts you ahead of most other applicants.
The bot is built for rental flats. Anything that does not fit – shared rooms, sublets or swap offers – is filtered out automatically.
Around the clock. Between two runs there are 5 to at most 20 seconds, and the gap is chosen at random each time.
The portals' own apps push their notifications through internal checks and update cycles first, and that costs time. The Wohnungsbot accesses several platforms directly and in parallel, skipping that detour.

Yes. You decide the district, maximum rent, minimum number of rooms, minimum size in m² and which portals should be searched.
No, it only notifies you. You write the enquiry to the landlord yourself – an automated application would not be acceptable under data protection law.
The first 7 days are free. After that there is a one-time payment of €29.90 and your access stays permanently – no subscription, no monthly fees.
Yes. In your account you can stop delivery at any time and switch it back on later with one click.
This bot is specialised in Berlin. For Hamburg there is a separate Wohnungsbot at wohnungsbot-hamburg.de, and more cities are in preparation.
We do not store sensitive personal data, and we pass nothing on to third parties anyway. Transmission is SSL-encrypted. Payments are handled via Stripe, a provider with very high security standards.
