You can pick at most 10 areas. Choose a whole district instead – that counts as one.
Regional providers are housing companies, property managers and cooperatives from Berlin that publish their listings mainly through their own marketing channels. Many of these offers do not appear on the large property portals at all, or only with a delay.
The list of regional providers currently includes, among others: berlinovo, degewo, GESOBAU, Gewobag, HOWOGE, InBerlinWohnen, STADT UND LAND, WBM
If the same apartment appears on several portals, you only receive it once – from the first portal it was found on.
